Parent Permission…

Very soon, the website will be newly revised. Along with this, we need permission to use your child’s photo online. Forms are available in the back hallway. We must have a permission letter on file for every child age 16 and under in order to use their photo on the website. Please pick up a form for each child and return them to the church office or Brian White as soon as possible. We want to be able to promote our children and youth ministries through the website. If you prefer your child’s image not be shown on the website, the form has a check box for that as well.  Thanks for your help in this matter.
