Tray Brown Senior Pastor TBrown@calvarycog.com

Pastor Tray and Andrea Brown currently serve as our Senior Pastor, a position they have held since March 3rd, 2010. Pastor Tray grew up in a pastor’s home and has been involved in and connected with ministry all his life. After attending Lee University pursuing a Christian Education degree, in 1999 Pastor Tray received an opportunity to step into part-time ministry as youth minister at O’Neal Church of God under the leadership of his father, Thomas H. Brown Jr. In 2001 Pastor Tray came to Calvary Church of God as full-time Youth Pastor & Praise and Worship leader under the leadership of Rev. Bryan Bellotte. During a transition in the church the congregation looked no further than Pastor Tray leading their church after serving 10 years of ministry with the youth at Calvary.

Pastor Tray met his beautiful wife Andrea at South Carolina Church of God youth camp. After dating a couple of years they were married on May 26th, 2000. Andrea is a Registered Nurse and also has faithfully supported and served in ministry with Pastor Tray and is a vital part of the ministry team here at Calvary.

The Brown’s are blessed to have two wonderful children. Jordan, who is eight and loves to hunt and fish with his dad and Raygan, is five going on thirty! Well she keeps her dad in his prayer closet.

Pastor Vic and Leslie Blackwell currently serve as Associate Pastor, a position they have held since April 2001. Pastor Vic accepted the call to ministry September 1995 soon after he received the rank of Exhorter. With a passion to seek the lost, Pastor Vic was called to serve as Youth Pastor at the Westminster Church of God where he ministered for 4 years.

Pastor Vic is a bi-vocational minister who also works for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources where he has worked for 27 years as a Fisheries Technician. Leslie is an educator, teaching kindergarten for 12 years at Orchard Park Elementary school in Westminster. She also serves as President of the Women’s Ministry.

Vic and Leslie have three sons, Austin (25), Andrew (22) and Evan (19).Austin and his wife Jessica are currently serving as Youth Pastor at Seneca Church of God. Andrew is now serving as a corporal in the United States Marine Corp where he has served for 4 years. Evan is attending Tri-County Technical School pursuing a degree in education.

When Pastor Vic is not working for the Kingdom of God, he is an avid outdoorsman. His hobbies include hunting for… anything, fishing for….everything and of course playing his mandolin whenever possible.

Pastor Vic and Sister Leslie have attended or served under four of the six former or current pastors at Calvary and have a deep love and compassion for the church. Their many years at Calvary has allowed them time to grow spiritually from a layman to Associate Pastor while never losing the spirit of servanthood.

Pastor Brad Richardson currently serves as the Youth Pastor and Praise and Worship leader for Calvary Church of God. Pastor Brad began ministry at Marion Church of God at the age of 17. Since then, God has used him to minister to hundreds of young people all across the State of South Carolina through music and preaching the word.
Brad recently graduated from the Ministerial Internship Program of the Church of God. He believes that Praise can bring a change to any situation in your life!

Roger and Sue LeCroy have served Calvary Church of God since 2003 as Minister of Music. They have been married for 35 years. Their only son Tim lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife Rachel where Tim is finishing his doctorate in religious studies. Their two daughters are teachers in the Oconee County school system. Kelley who is married to Jody Smith lives in Seneca, SC where she teaches elementary music. Leah who is married to Chris Blackwell is a Business Education teacher at Tamassee-Salem Middle/High and they reside in Westminster, SC. Roger and Sue became first time grandparents this year: Haleigh Amanda was born November 17, 2009 and Noah James born December 31, 2009.

Roger has served in the capacity as Minister of Music for the past 35. Together, he and Sue served Hazlehurst COG in Hazlehurst, GA; North Walhalla COG in Walhalla, SC; and Calvary Church of God in Westminster, SC. He volunteered in the music department under the leadership of Danny Knight at Gap Hill, COG in Six Mile, SC as well. During his 35 years he has been responsible for Praise Teams, Junior, Teen and Adult choirs.

Roger is a graduate of Lee College/University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education with a vocal emphasis and a minor in trumpet He received a Masters in Instrumental Pedagogy from the University of South Carolina. He retired from public school teaching after 31 years in 2007.

Sue is a graduate of Lee College/University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. She received a Masters in Business Education from the University of South Carolina and a Masters plus 30 from Clemson University. She retired from public school teaching after 33 years in 2008.

Brian is married to Tracy Cheek White and they have two sons, Nic age 14 and Sam, age 9. Brian accepted the call to ministry in the spring of 2007. He currently holds the rank of Exhorter. At present, he is enrolled in the Lifelong Learning Team, a college level course of study through Lee University.

Brian is employed with the Oconee County Disabilities and Special Needs Board. He enjoys spending time with his family and his church family.

Chris and Whitney Burton Children's Ministers TAG@calvarycog.com
Chris and Whitney Burton are excited to serve the Lord in the capacity of Children's Ministers at Calvary Church of God. They first began their work in the TAG children's ministry department as assistant children's ministers in 2008. The couple recently accepted the position of children’s minister’s and are eager to train children in the foundational values of being a Christian. Chris and Whitney rely on Proverbs 22:6 [Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it] for the inspiration to teach children about the mighty savior. They know that if they can get Christ into a child's life, the spirit of God will order his or her steps. Chris and Whitney have a desire and passion to nurture children and grow them in the Lord. They feel blessed that the Lord has charged them with such a great responsibility and are committed to serving Him. Tracy Long Administrative Assistant TracyL@calvarycog.com

Tracy Long is currently serving as the office administrative assistant for Calvary Church of God. After working at Westminster Baptist Preschool for several years, Tracy began working at Calvary in July, 2007. Tracy attended West-Oak High School and followed up her education at Tri-County Technical College.

Tracy has two children, Brett and Sara.
